Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for DailyMusicDrills memberships. DailyMusicDrills is operated by Bergwiese UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Seven-day refund policy

You may request a refund for a DailyMusicDrills membership within seven days after purchase. This is a no-questions-asked refund policy.

To request a refund, contact info@dailymusicdrills.com and include the email address used for your DailyMusicDrills account.

Subscription cancellation

DailyMusicDrills membership is a recurring subscription. You can cancel your subscription from your account billing settings or by contacting support at info@dailymusicdrills.com.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew after that date, unless a refund is granted and access is ended earlier.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. The time until the refunded amount appears on your statement depends on the payment method, card network, and bank.

Digital service withdrawal rights

DailyMusicDrills membership is a digital subscription service for consumers. This refund policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply under German or EU law.
