These Terms of Service govern your use of DailyMusicDrills.com, a music practice service operated by Bergwiese UG ("Bergwiese", "we", "us"). By using DailyMusicDrills, you agree to these terms.

The service

DailyMusicDrills provides browser-based music practice tools, drills, practice tracking, learning resources, and related features. The service is intended to support music practice, but it does not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

DailyMusicDrills membership is a paid digital subscription that provides full practice access in your account. Current pricing and billing intervals are listed on the Pricing page.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity that occurs through your account.

You must not use another person's account without permission or attempt to access parts of the service that you are not authorized to use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse DailyMusicDrills. This includes attempting to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, scrape or overload the service, upload malicious content, infringe intellectual property rights, harass other users, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Content and intellectual property

DailyMusicDrills, including its software, design, exercises, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Bergwiese UG or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use DailyMusicDrills for personal music practice and learning. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the service unless we give you written permission or the law allows it.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep DailyMusicDrills available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where necessary for maintenance, security, product improvement, or business reasons.

Prices, payment, and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis for the selected billing interval until canceled. Prices are shown in EUR on the Pricing page. Taxes are calculated during checkout where applicable.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You must provide accurate billing information and keep your payment method valid. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended or ended.

You can cancel your subscription from your account billing settings or by contacting info@dailymusicdrills.com. Unless a refund is granted, cancellation stops future renewal and your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Third-party services

DailyMusicDrills may use third-party or external services for consent management, analytics, advertising measurement, payments, hosting, infrastructure, or similar operational purposes. Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy documentation.

Limitation of liability

DailyMusicDrills is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using DailyMusicDrills at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or where required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or our business needs change. The current version is published on this page.
